How does your version of the Johari Window differ from your friends/close contacts?
Each version of the Johari Window is unique to each individual. The more traits that others have in common with me, means that we as human beings will get along easily. Were as with the others we will find it difficult to get a long, however with hard work and compromise relationships can be formed.
How does this exercise make you think about your position in the workplace (ie. do you think you would be a good co-worker or boss or are there things you think you need to work on/develop?)
In the work place as a co-worker I think I would an easy going, very energetic, happy and proud person to both work with and get a long with.
With that said I believe that I would make a great boss because I am idealistic, very calm, to the point, passionate & proud of my work, and I would come to work everyday full of energy to share with my colleagues.
